Woodstock Ski Runners was founded in 1932 and is the oldest ski club In the Eastern United States. All of the kids, and most their parents, make lifetime friendships through Ski Runners. Come join us!


Support Woodstock Ski Runners - Attend the Annual Winter Celebration at The Woodstock Inn on March 9, 2024

Come join us to celebrate the season and to support the Club in our annual winter gala fundraising event.  This will be our 3rd year running a virtual auction.  Items will be populated throughout the month of February with bidding beginning on Saturday, March 2nd and culminating on Saturday, March 9th at 8:00 p.m. during our Winter Celebration being held at the Woodstock Inn in the Rockefeller Room.  Purchase tickets to attend the event.  We will have delicious food, great drinks, a live band / DJ and dancing.  We look forward to seeing you.  Celebration will be from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.


Supporting Woodstock Ski Runners

Since our founding, Ski Runners has relied on the generosity of our members and donors to fulfill our mission of providing quality alpine and Nordic instruction for the young people of our community in a fun, supportive, family-oriented environment. Last year, over 350 young people participated in our programming. However, to make our programming accessible for as many as possible, we must keep our tuition reasonable. As a result, our fees do not cover the cost of our programs.

Alpine Programs

Woodstock Ski Runners offers alpine ski racing and freestyle skiing programs for participants age 6-18. We emphasize fun and provide the motivation and instruction to help your child be the best skier they can be.

Nordic Programs

Woodstock Ski Runners offers Nordic ski programs for children ages 6-18. Skiers learn basic nordic ski skills including both skating and classic style technique. The goal of our program is to give children a solid introduction and appreciation for the sport of Nordic skiing.

Friday Program

Our acclaimed Friday Program is open to all area children in grades 1-6 who want to be outdoors, have fun, make new friends, and learn to ski or improve their skiing.
